Group Lessons

ESI Arc Aventures offer small group ski instruction so you can progress in a fun and interactive environment with other skiers of a similar level. With English speaking ski instructors, a big emphasis on safety and ski tuition tailored to your level, group lessons are lots of fun and a great way to progress.
Kids Lessons

ESI Arc Aventures offers small group children’s lessons with a focus on safety and an emphasis on learning through fun. English speaking instructors tailor the instruction to your child’s ability and the lessons make full use of the facilities in the resort including the playground, the snow park and the freestyle and slalom courses.
Snowboard Lessons
Take your snowboarding to the next level no matter your age or ability.
Whether it’s you’re first time on a snowboard, or you’re an expert powder hound looking to improve your technique, ESI Arc Aventures can help take your snowboarding to the next level. Off-Piste Guiding
Freeride: Skiing or snowboarding with a focus on safety.
More than just learning new techniques, these courses aim to provide all round instruction in mountain craft: safety, the mountain environment, understanding snow conditions to enable you to adventure out on the mountain safely.
Heli-Skiing & Boarding
Make your own tracks through the best snow on the day!
Imagine being heli-dropped on top of a pristine, snow-covered mountain top – just you and the powder… Heli-skiing or heli-boarding is the ultimate experience for every serious skier or snowboarder.
Telemark
Free your heels, free your spirit!
Telemark, the ancestor of skiing is back in fashion. Try it and you’ll be hooked. Arc Aventures instructors will teach you modern telemark techniques but also all round instruction in mountain craft.
Snowshoeing
Not exciting enough? You’re doing it wrong!
Snowshoeing is accessible to everyone – non-skiers, families or accomplished sportspeople. Whether you want to discover some remote, high-altitude terrain or simply have a good time amongst friends, a snowshoeing adventure is unforgettable.
Arc Aventures Summer Activities
Get ready for a wet and wild adventure with Arc Aventures! Raft the mighty Isere river, jump, slide, swim and abseil your way down a steep canyon, or take to the skies and paraglide high above the Tarentaise Valley floor. Watersports activities require you to be comfortable in the water and able to swim at least 25 metres. All equipment is provided, just bring a sense of adventure!
Rafting
Get ready for a wet and wild ride with Arc Aventures!
Discover the mighty Isere river. Jump aboard your inflatable raft with a qualified raft guide and be prepared for a good soaking as you navigate the foaming whitewater rapids. Rafting is open to anyone over 10 years old (8 years if accompanied by an adult).
Hydrospeed
Get up close and personal with the whitewater rapids!
Basically boogie-boarding down a whitewater river, hydrospeed gets you fully involved with the action. Equipped with a thick wetsuit, a helmet and flippers, you tackle the rapids head-on. Choose from a 12, 15 or 24 km descent. Minimum age 13 years.
Hotdog Kayaking
Paddle the rapids of the Isere river.
Jump aboard your 2-person inflatable kayak and navigate the rapids over a 12 km stretch of the Isere river. Equipped with a paddle, helmet and wetsuit and after some instruction on controlling the craft, you’re on your own. Minimum age 14 years.
Canyoning
Jump, slide, swim and abseil down a steep Alpine ravine!
Join your Arc Aventures guide and explore a hidden wilderness complete with waterfalls, natural swimming pools and slides. Canyoning is a great group activity, you’re equipped with a wetsuit, helmet and harness for a half-day or full day of adventure. Minimum age 12 years.
Treetop Adventure Course
Unleash your inner Tarzan!
The Arc Aventures treetop adventure course is an exhilarating outdoor activity through the forest canopy with suspended obstacles, Tarzan swings and breathtaking zip lines. Open to anyone taller than 1m 30.
Paragliding
Soar like a bird over the majestic French Alps!
Securely strapped to your paragliding instructor you’ll take off for a thrilling tandem flight high above the Tarentaise valley floor. If you’re bitten by the paragliding bug, why not sign up for a 5-day paragliding course, and learn to fly independently. Tandem flights are weather dependent. Courses run from Sunday to Thursday.
