Glamping in Wood & Canvas Tent Accommodation
Choose a fully equipped Wood & Canvas tent for 2 to 5 people and get back to nature but with the comfort of a real bed. You can hire sheets and towels and opt for a cleaning service to make your stay as relaxing as possible.
For a real upgrade from ordinary camping, some tents are equipped with a wood burning stove and private bathroom.
Tent, Caravan and Campervan Pitches
The tent, caravan and campervan pitches at La Clarée are spacious and spread out across 8 ha of nature, giving you the wonderful feeling of the great outdoors. Choose a shady or sunny spot and a pitch with electricity. Newly renovated, the washrooms are bright, clean and comfortable.
Campsite Facilities
The high peaks, forested valleys, network of trails and whitewater rivers may well be enough for your perfect camping holiday. However, after an energetic day in the mountains it’s great to dive into the pool for a refreshing swim, have a game of boules and fire up the BBQ.

Campsite Activities
If you enjoy the outdoors, you’ll find no shortage of activities in La Clarée. With its towering peaks, tumbling glaciers, forests and rivers the Névache valley is an outdoor sports paradise. Hike, bike, climb, paraglide, kayak, you name it, you can do it here.
Discover the picturesque mountain villages of the Hautes-Alpes. The medieval town of Vauban is a short drive away and the village of Val-des-Prés, 1.5 km up the valley was the home of Émilie Carles who wrote her memoir A Life of Her Own describing life in the village in the early and mid 20th century.
Briancon and the ski resorts of the Serre Chevalier valley are a hotspot for mountain bikers and outdoor sports enthusiasts and are just 15 minutes drive away.
