Camping International Giens – 4 Star Campsite on the Presque-Ile de Giens on France’s Mediterranean coast.
Take a holiday in a beautiful setting on the Presqu’île de Giens in France’s Cote d’Azur. Camping International is open all year round and offers camping pitches for tents, caravans and motor homes, or holiday apartment and mobile home accommodation with or without a private spa. The campsite is only 50 metres from Almanarre bay, a world-famous spot for windsurfing and kitesurfing, and 500 metres from the sandy beach.
The campsite offers numerous water sports activities, including a diving club, a windsurfing club. Plus on-site there’s a heated swimming pool, two restaurants, a mini-market and a spa. In July and August, a mini club is open from Monday to Friday and offers a wide range of activities for younger kids and sports activities for older kids (some requiring an extra charge).
The campsite’s excellent location means you can also visit the island of Porquerolles from the “la tour fondue” 1.2km away, discover Port-cros and the Levant from the port of Hyères, 7 kms away. You can also hike the many coastal paths of the peninsula and enjoy the Provencal market of Giens and in the back-alleys of the old town of Hyères.
Camping International Accommodation Options
Camping International offers a wide choice of mobile homes with or without a private spa from 32 m2 to 52 m2, but also a wide range of holiday apartments from 33 m2 to 56 m2 and a holiday villa of 130 m2.

The Restaurant, Swimming Pool and Spa
Malika and her team provide a warm welcome at the campsite’s two restaurants. At lunchtime, you can enjoy the restaurant/snack bar Le Solarium, opposite the campsite, with a magnificent sea view, where you can choose from a wide range of dishes, snacks and fresh fruit juices. At the end of the day, don’t hesitate to treat yourself to a waffle, a pancake, an ice cream or a cold beer on the terrace to watch the last rays of sunshine, the sea and the windsurfers. In the evening, you can dine at the restaurant La Réserve inside the campsite and enjoy a beautiful view of the swimming pool or head up to the rooftop to admire the magnificent sunset. The chef will offer you a quality menu that will delight your taste buds, or delicious pizzas to take away.
The swimming pool is heated and open from the end of March to the end of October from 9am to 8pm. Deckchairs and parasols are available for guests around the pool. As with all campsites in France, you have to wear your skimpies – swimming shorts are strictly forbidden.
Come aboard the Spa Aphrodite for a unique journey to many destinations. The spa team will welcome you throughout the year in a warm and zen-like setting for a moment of escape and well-being. The spa offers numerous massages from all over the world, either for two or for one, and a relaxation area including a hammam, a sauna, a whirlpool bath, a Norwegian shower, an ice fountain and a hydromassage bed.
Windsurfing and Kitesurfing
At the heart of Camping International, the SpinOut windsurfing school welcomes you from the end of March to the end of October to rent equipment, hire a stand-up-paddle board or a kayak, and learn or improve your windsurfing, windfoiling or wingfoiling skills.
The watersports school also offers optimist sailing dinghy courses for children and catamaran courses for adults. Next to the windsurf school, the kitesurf school is also open for kitesurfing lessons.
