Mercantour Enduro
3 days from 290 €
Enduro enthusiasts will be in their element on the 3-day ‘VTT Enduro Mercantour’ trip. Uplift support means you save your energy for the best sections of gravity powered trail. You’ll ride some of the best descents in the Maritime Alps covering up to 3000 m of vertical drop per day. The riding is a mixture of fast, flowy singletrack and more technical rocky terrain facing the Mediterranean.

This trip is aimed at cross-country riders with a good level of fitness. The terrain of the Maritime Alps is an ideal for some lung-busting days out on the bike. A 3-day trip begins on day 1 with undulating technical singletrack to get the legs spinning, an uplift to Tende and a climb to Colla Megana (1600 m) followed by a long descent on day 2, and an epic ride from Breil to Menton via Sospel on day 3.

An epic multi-day itinerary on some of southern France’s best mountain biking trails from the Upper Ubaye Valley to Menton on the Mediterranean. With spectacular Alpine scenery and endless singletrack over hugely varied terrain, this is 6 days of exceptional enduro mountain biking. A total of 195 km of riding covering a massive 14,000 m of vertical descent!

Beginner riders or those seeking out more gentle terrain can choose the ‘Easy Mercantour’ which combines minibus uplifts with a ride linking mountain top villages in the vallée du Cairos on day 1, high mountain terrain with views over the Mercantour National Park on day 2, and a ride from Sospel to Menton on day 3. The difficulty of the riding can be adapted to the group’s ability.

Enduro MTB Shuttle Uplifts
55 EUR per person for a half day | 70 EUR per person for a full day
Roya Evasion offer an uplift service with minibus and bike trailer for independent riders who want to enjoy the best Enduro/All Mountain trails of the Southern Alps’ Roya and Bévera valleys.
Ride the trails of Breil-sur-Roya, Sospel, La Brigue and Tende that have been the training ground of Frances’s top Enduro riders for the last decade. To keep you on the right track and give you the lowdown on the features of the trails, you will be accompanied by a fully qualified mountain bike guide.
