Mountain Biking in Châtel

With its 90 kms of mtb trails and bikepark at Pré-La-Joux, Châtel offers every level of mountain biker something to get excited about. Plus, with easy access to the whole Portes du Soleil area, the variety of terrain is unrivalled. From fast, flowy trails through the trees to freeride runs complete with jumps, berms and drops and singletrack through Alpine meadows to high-altitude rocky terrain, you can ride it all in Châtel.

If you’re coming from Morzine or Avoriaz, you can access the Châtel trails from the Plaine Dranse area via the terrace trail. There are 2 green runs, including the Panoramique with its fast,flowy sections that you can ride flat out, four nice flowy blue tracks, 5 red tracks, and 9 black tracks.
